The opportunity
We are looking for a Technical Product Analyst to join our product organization. In this role, you will act as a bridge between our product, strategy, and data teams. Your primary goal is to turn complex data into clear insights that guide our product direction and help us measure the impact we have on our members. You will be instrumental in designing feedback loops and ensuring that our data strategy aligns perfectly with our business objectives.
A day in the life
- You will design and manage member feedback collection using Qualtrics to ensure we are capturing the right data to improve our services.
- You will write complex SQL queries and use Snowflake and dbt to integrate data across platforms, while maintaining reliable analytics workflows through CI/CD pipelines.
- You will build intuitive dashboards in Tableau that translate technical data into actionable stories for our cross-functional stakeholders.
Who you are
You are a data-driven professional who thrives in a collaborative environment. You have a strong background in data analytics and feel comfortable working with modern data stacks. You are fluent in English and possess the following skills:
- Expertise in survey platforms like Qualtrics and a deep understanding of data infrastructure.
- Proficiency in SQL, Snowflake, dbt, and implementing CI/CD for scalable analytics.
- A talent for dashboard design and data visualization using tools like Tableau.
- Experience in translating business needs into technical requirements and managing projects across different teams.
- A background in healthcare-related outcomes data or surfacing product innovations through production data analysis is a significant plus.
