What is this role?
We are looking for a Senior Technical Operations Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. This is an on-site position based in the Netherlands, where you will play a critical role in bridging the gap between our technical infrastructure and our partners. You will be the go-to person for complex technical challenges, ensuring our embedded services function perfectly for every client.
What will you do?
- Guide our partners through the technical and organizational aspects of the implementation and onboarding process.
- Develop comprehensive product documentation, Postman collections, and communication materials to support both internal teams and external partners.
- Lead the resolution of production incidents and manage the backlog of urgent requests for our dedicated developer firefighting team.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong background in SaaS products and a passion for solving complex technical problems. We value candidates who bring the following skills and qualities:
- Native proficiency in Dutch and fluency in English.
- Extensive experience with API design, API testing, and guiding customers through API-based product onboarding.
- A background in incident management, SaaS support, or implementation consulting.
- A genuine excitement for navigating crisis management and performing detailed data integrity investigations.
- Bonus points if you are familiar with PSD2, XS2A, DORA regulations, accounting principles, or BI tools like Quick Suite.
