The opportunity

We are looking for a Technical Lead to help us shape the future of pet healthcare. In this role, you will be the bridge between our high-level vision and the actual code that powers our platform. You will provide hands-on leadership to our engineering team, guiding them through complex architectural challenges while ensuring we remain agile and innovative. A day in the life

• Architect and oversee the design of robust, scalable systems that serve as the foundation for our growing product suite.
• Lead key projects from the initial concept phase through to successful deployment, ensuring every deliverable meets our high standards for quality.
• Mentor and coach fellow engineers, fostering a collaborative environment that champions best practices in coding, system design, and continuous improvement.

Who you are

You are a seasoned engineer with a passion for building great products and leading talented teams. You communicate clearly, resolve conflicts with ease, and know how to translate complex business needs into a clear technical roadmap. You are comfortable working in English and thrive in environments that require both strategic thinking and hands-on technical execution.

Our ideal candidate brings the following experience:

• At least 6 years of experience in software engineering, with a minimum of 4 years focused on full stack development using Python.
• At least 2 years of experience leading technical projects and managing teams.
• Deep expertise in modern web technologies and architectural patterns, specifically React and Flask.
• A proven ability to manage projects to completion while maintaining high reliability and performance.
