Role at a glance

We are seeking a Senior Technical Lead to join our Passenger Apps team on a 12-month contractor basis. This is a remote position for candidates based in Poland. You will balance hands-on technical development with people leadership, guiding a team of 4 to 6 engineers to deliver high-quality mobile experiences.

Your impact

• Lead the delivery of our native passenger applications across iOS, Android, and Web, ensuring predictable releases and clearing technical blockers.
• Maintain a hands-on approach by contributing to technical design, performing code reviews, and integrating our Justride SDK and public APIs.
• Support the growth and performance of your team through regular coaching, 1:1 mentorship, and fostering a collaborative, inclusive environment.

What you'll need

• Deep expertise in at least one native platform, specifically Swift or Kotlin, with the ability to navigate both effectively.
• Proven experience in technical leadership, including managing engineering teams, conducting code reviews, and setting high standards for quality.
• Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to align stakeholders and manage delivery expectations.
• Experience working with white-label or multi-tenant products and a solid understanding of SDK and API integrations.
• A proactive mindset toward modern engineering workflows, including the use of AI-assisted development tools.
