About the Role

We are hiring a Technical Lead for a full-time, on-site position. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our engineering efforts, guiding our talented developers and ensuring that our technical strategy aligns with our long-term goals. You will oversee the development of our web and mobile environments while maintaining a strong focus on sustainable architecture.

Key Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of the development lifecycle across our web and mobile platforms.
• Make high-level architectural decisions that prioritize future scalability and system sustainability.
• Mentor and coach our existing engineering team while managing the onboarding process for new hires.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a deep passion for high-quality code and have a proven track record in software development. We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• At least three years of experience in software development, specifically using Node.js, Express, Nest.js, React, Redux, HTML5, and SASS.
• Proficiency with TypeScript is considered a strong advantage.
• Solid experience working with both relational and non-relational databases, preferably Postgres and MongoDB.
• Fluency in German, both written and spoken, at a minimum B2 level.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
• A proactive mindset with a keen interest in emerging technologies and a desire to see your work have a direct business impact.

Location

This role is based in Germany, where you will work from our modern, well-located office space.
