The role

We are hiring a Technical Lead to join us full time in a fully remote capacity. This senior-level engineering position calls for someone who can guide technical direction, mentor teammates, and deliver high-quality software that supports our mission of connecting everything that matters in B2B marketing.

Core responsibilities

• Partner with product, design, and support teams to turn business requirements into reliable, scalable technical solutions while owning projects from concept through production.
• Design and build high-speed, cloud-based web applications and responsive interfaces using modern service-based architectures.
• Provide technical leadership across the team, participate in all Scrum ceremonies, and champion quality through automated testing and continuous integration practices.

Skills and experience

We look for candidates who bring six to twelve years of full-stack development with C# and .NET, plus at least four years of SaaS product work in a distributed environment. Hands-on experience with Golang, CI/CD pipelines, backend test automation, AngularJS, MongoDB, TypeScript or JavaScript, and Visual Studio Code is essential. Familiarity with Jira and test-management tools such as Zephyr supports our quality processes, and a genuine passion for automation frameworks and TDD/ATDD helps us deliver dependable experiences to our customers. All work is conducted in English.
