Technical Lead at Class

We are looking for a Technical Lead to join our team on a full-time, hybrid basis in Australia. At myprosperity, a subsidiary of HUB24 Limited, we provide a leading client portal solution that helps households manage their financial lives by integrating seamlessly with accountants and financial advisers. As our new frontend lead, you will guide our engineering efforts to build scalable, high-quality applications that empower Australians to make better financial decisions.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to our frontend developers, establishing coding standards and best practices.
• Architect and design robust frontend solutions using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Collaborate across teams with backend engineers, product managers, and designers to align our technical output with our broader business goals.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in frontend development, with a deep focus on React and Next.js.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams.
• Advanced skills in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Experience with build tools like Webpack, Babel, or Vite, and proficiency in Git.
• Strong communication skills and experience working within Agile environments.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and frontend testing frameworks.
