BlackStone eIT is a leading computer software company that builds innovative solutions for clients around the world. We are looking for a Technical Lead experienced in full-stack development with .NET and Angular to guide our remote engineering team and deliver high-quality software on time.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of software developers, offering technical direction and guidance throughout each project.
- Design and build scalable applications using .NET and Angular while collaborating with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and meet delivery goals.
- Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and resolve technical issues to maintain the quality and reliability of our solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- At least six years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
- Strong proficiency in the .NET framework, C#, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Solid understanding of database design, SQL queries, version control with Git, and modern software development practices.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
