BlackStone eIT is a leading computer software company that builds innovative solutions for clients around the world. We are looking for a Technical Lead experienced in full-stack development with .NET and Angular to guide our remote engineering team and deliver high-quality software on time.

Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of software developers, offering technical direction and guidance throughout each project.
Design and build scalable applications using .NET and Angular while collaborating with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and meet delivery goals.
Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and resolve technical issues to maintain the quality and reliability of our solutions.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least six years of hands-on experience in full-stack development.
Strong proficiency in the .NET framework, C#, Angular, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Proven experience leading and mentoring development teams.
Solid understanding of database design, SQL queries, version control with Git, and modern software development practices.
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
