What you bring

We are seeking a Technical Lead for a Full Time, Hybrid role located in the United States. You will serve as a key contributor to our development efforts while guiding our engineering team toward technical excellence. Your expertise in Software Engineering, Python, AWS, TypeScript, Node.js, and React will be essential as you help us push the boundaries of our robotics platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading, mentoring, and growing our software development team to foster a culture of innovation.
• Designing and extending robust APIs for our cloud-based and on-premise applications.
• Building performant, customer-facing front-end applications that visualize critical robot data and configuration settings.

Requirements

The ideal candidate possesses a strong background in software development, typically supported by a BS or MS degree or equivalent professional experience. You should have a proven track record of managing engineering teams, including handling performance reviews and career development. We are looking for someone with deep experience in Python, AWS, and modern front-end stacks like TypeScript and React. You must be comfortable designing and versioning APIs and have experience with RESTful standards and authentication systems. Strong communication skills are vital, as you will need to articulate complex technical decisions to various stakeholders. We value candidates who are adaptable, thrive in fast-paced environments, and maintain a focus on high-quality product design. Proficiency in English is required, and you must hold valid work authorization in the United States.

What we offer
