We are a growing software startup currently building a sophisticated SaaS workflow automation platform, and we are looking for a Technical Lead Full Stack Developer to join our team on a full-time, remote basis. We need an uber developer who can act as both a hands-on coder and a software architect. You will play a vital role in making high-level design decisions while helping our junior team members grow through code reviews, mentorship, and technical guidance.
Responsibilities
- Architect and develop core components of our SaaS workflow automation platform using the Microsoft technology stack.
- Provide technical leadership by conducting code reviews and offering mentorship to junior developers on the team.
- Collaborate effectively across four different time zones to ensure project success and maintain high standards of software quality.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in software engineering and a proactive, flexible approach to your work. We require the following qualifications:
- Expertise in C# and React, with a deep mastery of at least one of these technologies.
- Proficiency in web development fundamentals, including HTML5, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
- Strong experience with Entity Framework, LINQ, and database management using MS SQL Server, T-SQL, or Postgres SQL.
- Excellent communication skills in English, as you will be working closely with a distributed remote team.
- Familiarity with GIT for version control and a willingness to adapt to the needs of a fast-paced startup environment.
