Technical Lead for Knowledge Graph at Reflexivity

The core of our technology is our knowledge graph, a complex map of information that reveals hidden connections, supplier relationships, and geographical exposures. We are looking for a visionary leader to help us evolve this critical component of our product.

About the Role

We are searching for a Technical Lead for Knowledge Graph to join our team in a full-time capacity. In this position, you will take ownership of the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of our knowledge graph. You will act as our primary technical authority on graph database development, working closely with our product and business teams to shape our long-term strategy and ensure our infrastructure remains robust and scalable.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct the architecture and continuous improvement of our knowledge graph while managing the integration of new data sources to maintain high accuracy.
• Develop and deploy advanced graph algorithms to extract meaningful insights and strengthen data connectivity across our systems.
• Provide mentorship to junior engineers, oversee code quality through rigorous reviews, and establish best practices for graph database management.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should bring a strong background in software engineering and a passion for data architecture. We look for the following qualifications:

• At least 7 years of professional software engineering experience, specifically focused on graph databases.
• Deep expertise in scaling and managing knowledge graphs using tools such as Neo4j, ArangoDB, and Postgres.
• Proficiency in Golang and Python, along with a solid understanding of graph data structures and algorithms.
• Proven leadership experience with the ability to guide technical teams and solve complex analytical problems.
• Familiarity with graph query languages like Cypher or AQL to efficiently manipulate and retrieve data.

Location

This position is on-site and based in either the United Kingdom or the United States.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range for this role, which is between $125,000 and $225,000 USD.
