Reports to: Technical Developer Lead - Manufacturing
Job purpose: As Technical Developer – Manufacturing, your main duty is to manage and develop multiple products through NPI (New Product Introduction) stages from prototyping, development, validation, to bulk production. Your cross-departmental communication and time management skills ensure the on-time delivery of Arc’teryx seasonal calendar. Your understanding of development cycle ensures your assigned product passed through each stage gate. Your knowledge in product construction ensures each product you work on meets Arc’teryx quality standards.
This role is based out of our Arc’One manufacturing office and requires on site work.

Our proximity to the Design Center and the hands-on craftsmanship mindset makes us a unique and exciting place to work. ARC’One is our laboratory. We experiment, we test, and we produce our new products all under the hustling and bustling production environment. This is where products physically come to life and come back to life through our repair center.
You will work with the Engineering team that is consisted of Technical Developers – Manufacturing (TDM) and Manufacturing Engineers (ENG). TDMs are the owner of the product and ENGs are the owner of the process. TDM is the POC from design center to ARC’one, and you will play a vital role in this facility to bring our new product to life.
