About the Role

We are seeking a Technical Delivery Lead for a full-time position. This executive-level role is vital to the technical success of our partners and internal teams. You will ensure that we deliver high-quality, scalable software while providing simple, elegant solutions to complex engineering problems. You will act as a bridge between our technical teams and our clients, ensuring that every project is built the right way and meets our high standards for performance and quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead scoping and estimation activities while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Mentor and coach engineers through code reviews and pairing sessions to foster growth and maintain high technical standards.
• Serve as a technical authority for your projects, navigating complex architecture and feature development while unblocking teams during periods of uncertainty.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess a strong background in software engineering and a history of delivering complex projects. Our requirements include:

• Proven proficiency in Flutter mobile development.
• Experience with Android or iOS native development and backend technologies such as AWS and Firebase.
• A degree in Computer Science or a related field, combined with 7 to 10 years of professional software engineering experience.
• Expertise in enterprise-level platform development and integrating modular architectures.
• The ability to work within U.S. Eastern or Central time zones.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing multiple development teams simultaneously.

Location

This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere.

Compensation and Benefits
