The opportunity
We are searching for a Technical Customer Success Manager to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a unique chance to shape our post-sales strategy from the ground up. You will operate under a player-coach model, meaning you will work directly with our clients while simultaneously building the processes and foundations for a world-class team. Your work will directly influence our product roadmap and help us maintain the high standards our customers expect as we scale.
A day in the life
- You will serve as the primary technical point of contact, troubleshooting complex integrations and configuration issues to ensure our clients have a seamless experience.
- You will own the health of our customer base by developing frameworks for renewals, retention, and proactive engagement to identify opportunities and risks early.
- You will act as a bridge between our users and our internal engineering teams, championing client needs to ensure we are delivering meaningful value and shaping the future of our product.
Who you are
You are a seasoned professional with at least six years of experience in customer success, account management, or solutions engineering. You have a proven track record of driving results at scale and possess the technical fluency to discuss infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform. Ideally, you have experience within the identity, access management, or security sectors, and you are comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment where you can create clarity out of ambiguity. You are a clear communicator in English who leads with empathy and a deep commitment to customer advocacy.
