What is this role?
We are seeking a Technical Consultant to join us on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based on-site, where you will serve as a vital partner to our e-shop clients. You will be the go-to person for resolving technical challenges, ensuring that our users have a seamless experience while managing their online stores.
What will you do?
- Proactively address and resolve technical inquiries from e-shop owners to ensure their businesses run smoothly.
- Handle a diverse range of tasks, from simple product description updates to complex technical work like analyzing data feeds and managing DNS records.
- Collaborate closely with our IT and Product teams to investigate bugs, share technical knowledge across departments, and assist in training new team members.

To succeed in this role, you should have a solid technical background and a genuine interest in customer experience. We value candidates who possess the following:
- Proven experience in customer care or technical support roles.
- Strong familiarity with web applications and how e-commerce platforms function.
- Proficiency in HTML and XML.
- Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level).
- An empathetic approach to problem-solving and a desire to provide outstanding service to our clients.
- Bonus points if you have experience using browser DevTools.
