What is this role?

We are seeking a Technical Consultant to join us on a full-time basis. This is a mid-level position based on-site, where you will serve as a vital partner to our e-shop clients. You will be the go-to person for resolving technical challenges, ensuring that our users have a seamless experience while managing their online stores.

What will you do?

• Proactively address and resolve technical inquiries from e-shop owners to ensure their businesses run smoothly.
• Handle a diverse range of tasks, from simple product description updates to complex technical work like analyzing data feeds and managing DNS records.
• Collaborate closely with our IT and Product teams to investigate bugs, share technical knowledge across departments, and assist in training new team members.

• Proven experience in customer care or technical support roles.
• Strong familiarity with web applications and how e-commerce platforms function.
• Proficiency in HTML and XML.
• Excellent communication skills in English (B2 level).
• An empathetic approach to problem-solving and a desire to provide outstanding service to our clients.
• Bonus points if you have experience using browser DevTools.
