Technical Business Analyst at Heitman

We are currently looking for a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join our team in the United States. Our organization focuses on driving operational excellence through technology, and we need a dedicated professional to help us manage our internal and third-party systems. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a vital part in bridging the gap between technical solutions and business needs.

Key outcomes

• Provide high-level support for our internal infrastructure and various third-party systems.
• Design and build custom solutions using the Microsoft BI Stack, specifically SSRS.
• Utilize your analytical and problem-solving skills to identify the root causes of issues and implement effective resolutions.
• Collaborate directly with end users and vendor helpdesks to track, manage, and resolve technical challenges.
• Manage the full lifecycle of documentation, including requirement analysis, status reporting, and ongoing maintenance.
• Oversee the coordination of internal and external resources to ensure project objectives are met, including the management of requirement changes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and requirements updates clearly to our project managers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience in a senior analytical role within a technology-focused environment.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft technologies and the BI stack.
• Exceptional ability to solve complex problems and think analytically.
• Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage documentation and coordinate across multiple stakeholder groups.
