As the number one fastest-growing ISV partner on the Salesforce AppExchange in 2023, we are looking for a Technical Architect to join our fully distributed team. What you'll be doing
- You will own the design, planning, and implementation of new product features while ensuring they remain scalable and extensible.
- You will collaborate closely with other engineering leads to align our platform and Salesforce teams on execution and strategy.
- You will safeguard our high standards by reviewing pull requests, maintaining technical documentation, and mentoring team members on security, efficiency, and code maintainability.
What you'll bring
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in software development and a deep understanding of the Salesforce ecosystem. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least 10 years of experience in software development with a track record of progressive growth.
- Proven experience acting as a tech lead or staff engineer, where you have provided mentorship to engineering teams.
- Extensive technical knowledge of Salesforce development, specifically Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and Triggers.
- Practical experience building integrations between the Salesforce platform and external REST APIs.
- Experience maintaining and supporting Salesforce managed packages.
- Fluency in English to collaborate effectively with our global team.
- Previous experience working with SaaS or web-based products is considered a strong asset.
