The opportunity
We are looking for a Technical Analyst to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis. In this role, you will be the backbone of our technical operations, ensuring that our staff in both the corporate office and remote locations have the tools they need to succeed. You will play a vital part in maintaining our technological infrastructure, from setting up desktop systems to ensuring our servers and network equipment run smoothly. This is a perfect opportunity for a dedicated professional who enjoys solving complex problems and providing high-quality support to keep our business moving forward.
A day in the life
- You will manage the installation, configuration, and ongoing maintenance of desktop computers, peripheral hardware, and essential software applications.
- You will act as a primary point of contact for staff, troubleshooting hardware and software issues while coordinating with vendors to resolve more complex technical challenges.
- You will ensure that all desktop systems connect seamlessly with our broader network, including email servers, file servers, and various administrative systems.
Who you are
You are a motivated individual with 1 to 2 years of experience in a technical support role. You have a strong grasp of Windows 10 environments and are comfortable working with a variety of hardware and software. To be successful in this role, you should possess the following:
- Proven experience in troubleshooting and repairing laptops, desktops, printers, and other peripherals.
- A solid understanding of how to install software, manage patches, and handle updates across desktops and servers.
- A commitment to excellent customer service, as you will frequently interact with staff to discuss their technical needs and system functionality.
- Fluency in English to communicate effectively with our diverse team.
