The opportunity
We are seeking a Senior Technical Account Executive to join our team in a full-time, remote capacity. This role is unique because you will act as both the technical and commercial owner of your accounts. Rather than working in a traditional pairing, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers. You will guide them through the onboarding process, provide technical solutions to unblock their progress, manage contracts, and cultivate long-term growth. You will play a vital role in ensuring that both individual developers and large technology companies successfully build and scale on our identity and access management systems.
A day in the life
- You will manage a portfolio of high-potential accounts, taking full ownership of the customer journey from initial launch to ongoing expansion and adoption.
- You will lead technical discovery sessions and product demonstrations for a wide range of stakeholders, from individual engineers to executive leadership, effectively translating their business goals into actionable solutions.
- You will collaborate closely with our product and engineering teams, acting as the voice of the customer to ensure that real-world feedback directly influences our future roadmap.

You are a seasoned professional with an extensive background in customer-facing roles such as sales, solutions engineering, or partnerships. You possess deep technical expertise, allowing you to navigate APIs, developer workflows, and modern web stacks with confidence. You are a natural advisor who balances technical credibility with a sharp focus on business outcomes. Furthermore, you are a collaborative team player who thrives in a cross-functional environment and is fluent in English.
