The role

We are seeking a Senior Tech Web Lead to join our marketing team on a full-time, on-site basis in Mexico. This is a leadership position for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys managing complex digital ecosystems. You will serve as the primary technical authority for our web infrastructure, working closely with our global marketing and product teams to ensure our CRM and paid media activities are supported by a robust, secure, and high-performing technical stack.

Core responsibilities

• Lead and manage the development of web and landing page projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and meet our high standards for quality and functionality across all devices.
• Supervise both in-house and outsourced developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a productive, collaborative environment.
• Oversee the infrastructure and data integrity of our CRM and paid marketing technology, acting as the key stakeholder in conversations regarding our digital tools and analytics.

Skills and experience

To be successful in this role, you should be a strategic thinker who is also comfortable working hands-on with technical challenges. We are looking for the following qualifications:

• Strong proficiency in WordPress development, PHP, and front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• At least 2 years of experience in developing and maintaining PHP Laravel servers.
• Proven experience in building end-to-end marketing technology stacks, including marketing automation, tag management, and web analytics.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and sprint-based project management.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to bridge the gap between design, product, and engineering teams.
• Professional proficiency in English to collaborate effectively with our global team.
