Tech Lead Manager at Euclid Power

What you bring

We are seeking a Lead-level Tech Lead Manager to join our product development team on a full-time, remote basis. This position is a perfect balance for someone who enjoys splitting their time between hands-on engineering and people management. You will be working with a team of ten, and you must be based in the US to be eligible for this role. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Leading a team in collaboration with product leadership and our CTO to set strategic direction and drive project execution.
• Managing up to four individual engineers by providing mentorship, constructive feedback, and clear paths for professional growth.
• Contributing high-quality code across our stack while participating in design and code reviews to ensure we maintain a high standard of craft.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with deep experience in technical leadership and people management. You should be comfortable architecting complex web services and have a strong command of full-stack development, specifically with technologies like React, Rails, and Java. We value candidates who communicate clearly in English, possess a strong aptitude for conflict resolution, and have a proven track record of driving cultural and technical improvements in remote environments. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn our domain and can quickly adapt to new tools as we evolve our infrastructure.

What we offer

We are pleased to offer a base salary range of $190,000 to $220,000, supplemented by equity awards that allow you to share in the growth of the company. In addition to competitive pay, we provide the following benefits:
