We are currently seeking an experienced Tech Lead for IT Quality Assurance to join our team of nearly 100 professionals. In this role, you will help us maintain the high standards of our hardware and software systems while working in a flexible, hybrid environment.

Key outcomes

• Lead and mentor a team of dedicated QA engineers.
• Design and implement robust testing strategies to ensure product excellence.
• Drive our test automation initiatives to improve efficiency and coverage.
• Perform hands-on testing of our custom point-of-sale hardware.
• Collaborate across teams to deliver high-quality software updates.

Requirements

• Several years of professional experience in quality assurance and testing, with a strong preference for candidates who have held leadership roles.
• Demonstrated proficiency in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Practical experience with test automation tools such as Cypress and TestRail.
• Strong technical skills in JavaScript for test automation scripting.
• Professional fluency in both German, ideally at a C1 level, and English.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to thrive in a collaborative, remote-first environment.

Compensation

The base salary for this position is EUR 56,000 gross per year, with the potential for a higher salary based on your individual qualifications and experience. We offer a range of benefits to support your work-life balance, including:
