Role at a glance
We are searching for a Tech Lead - Frontend (Angular) to join our team. This is a full-time, remote position available to candidates anywhere in the world. We are looking for an experienced lead who is ready to drive technical excellence and help us deliver high-quality software.
Your impact
- Lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable Angular applications while maintaining high standards for security and performance.
- Mentor junior developers through code reviews and knowledge-sharing sessions to foster a culture of continuous growth.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and backend engineers to create seamless, user-focused experiences.
What you'll need
- Over 5 years of professional frontend experience, with at least 3 years dedicated to Angular.
- Deep expertise in TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Strong proficiency in state management tools like RxJS and NgRx.
- Experience with modern styling tools such as Tailwind CSS.
- Proven ability to manage version control using Git.
- Fluent communication skills in English to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A passion for mentoring and a proactive approach to solving complex engineering challenges.
