What is this role?

We are seeking a Teamlead Sales Insurance with a focus on Pension to join us on a full-time basis. This is a lead-level position designed for someone who thrives in a remote environment. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our market presence and guiding our sales efforts to new heights.

What will you do?

• You will spearhead the growth strategy for our life and health insurance products to strengthen our position in the market.
• You will manage and mentor a team of highly motivated sales professionals, ensuring they have the support they need to grow and succeed.
