We are currently looking for a dedicated professional to join our team in Switzerland as a Teamlead for Field Sales and Commercial Planning. In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping our commercial success by guiding our field sales operations and refining our strategic planning processes. Key outcomes

  • Provide both professional and disciplinary leadership to our field sales staff.
  • Create and execute comprehensive sales strategies and territory plans.
  • Examine market trends, revenue figures, and performance metrics to enhance our overall sales effectiveness.
  • Take full ownership of forecasting, budget management, and internal reporting.
  • Partner closely with our marketing and product management departments to ensure cohesive market engagement.
  • Mentor, coach, and support the professional growth of every member of your team.
  • Maintain clear and efficient communication channels between the field sales force, internal office staff, and senior management.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have a solid commercial education, ideally supported by further qualifications in sales or business administration. We are looking for someone with extensive experience in field sales and team leadership. You should possess a strong analytical mindset and deep expertise in commercial planning. Because you will be interacting with various stakeholders, your communication and negotiation skills must be exceptional. We value strategic thinkers who remain focused on practical results and company objectives. Proficiency in CRM systems and the MS Office suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint, is essential. Furthermore, you must be a native German speaker with professional proficiency in both French and English.
