Job Description
1. Handle Zone wise Installations pending for both New & Shifting connections
2. Monitor and track Zone wise availability of Cat5e & Fiber teams
3. Adherence and maintenance of100 % quality on Call and updates in CRM
4. Manage Branch requirement Tracking (Man, Machine, Material)
5. Responsible to ensure that ROC provides Cat5e consumption to store on time
6. Responsible for tracking ROC’s 100% productivity
7. Conducting Reviews on Installations with ROC & AI-R
8. Conducting Reviews with Vendor teams in branch
9. Tracking of Cat5e consumption through CRM
10. Handling escalations related to New & Shifting connections
11. Tracking of Nodal, Wrong ticket escalations
12. Coordinates with Store Incharge for material
13. Take update on the pending fiber connections from FTL and fiber teams' availability
