Team Leader – Fault Repair at Hungry Bird Resources

What you bring

As a Team Leader for Fault Repair, you will step into a mid-level, full-time role based on-site in India. You will be instrumental in managing our installation workflows, tracking material usage, and maintaining high standards of quality. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Overseeing all pending installations and shifting connections across various zones.
• Monitoring the availability and productivity of our Cat5e and fiber teams to ensure operational targets are met.
• Maintaining strict quality standards by managing CRM updates and resolving escalations related to new or shifted connections.

Requirements

To succeed in this position, you should have three to five years of relevant experience and hold a degree in any discipline. We require a candidate who possesses strong technical aptitude and proficiency in MS Excel, as this is essential for tracking our data and reporting. You must be comfortable working within a CRM environment and have a keen eye for quality control. Excellent communication skills in English are necessary, as you will be coordinating frequently with vendors, store managers, and internal teams to ensure our material and labor resources are managed effectively.
