We are currently working on an ambitious initiative to capture high-quality imagery of streets, landmarks, and public spaces across the European Union. By utilizing vehicles equipped with 360-degree cameras, we gather visual data that directly improves one of the world's most widely used online mapping platforms. We are looking for a dedicated leader to guide our data collection teams through this seven-month project as we expand our coverage across various cities and countries.
About the Role
We are hiring a Senior Team Lead for a Full Time position. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations of our data collection teams. You will be responsible for managing logistics, including team schedules, route planning, and expense tracking. We prioritize a supportive, leader-style management approach and are looking for someone who excels at coordination and organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain clear and consistent communication while providing direct leadership to your assigned team members.
- Track performance and quality metrics closely, implementing necessary adjustments to ensure our data standards are met.
- Oversee cross-functional coordination, budget monitoring, and risk management to ensure all program deliverables are achieved on time.
Requirements

- Proven experience in team management and project coordination.
