What is this role?
We are looking for a Team Lead Software Engineering to join us on a full-time, on-site basis in Germany. This is a lead-level position where you will act as the disciplinary manager for your team members. You will be responsible for coaching, performance management, and guiding the technical direction of the group while maintaining a hands-on approach to development.
What will you do?
- You will collaborate directly with our Product Owner and VP of Engineering to shape our software development strategy and define the long-term vision for your team.
- You will serve as a facilitator and driver for your team, championing best practices, implementing new technologies, and refining our internal development processes.
- You will balance your leadership duties with active software development, ensuring that your team consistently delivers high-quality work while meeting our rigorous technical standards.
