What is this role?
We are looking for a Team Lead, Software Developer to join our engineering team in a permanent, full-time capacity. This is a hybrid role based in Canada. You will be part of a highly motivated, multidisciplinary group that focuses on frontend development, utilizing Agile methodologies to build and maintain a suite of white-label loyalty solutions. What will you do?
- Lead the daily development operations for a team of seven developers working on cross-airline products.
- Oversee the technical health of your team, including system architecture, security, reliability, and the implementation of best practices.
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to your team members while remaining hands-on with architectural decisions and coding tasks.

- At least 7 to 10 years of experience leading software projects or development teams.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience with Java and Spring for backend application development.
- A minimum of 7 years of experience with ReactJS for frontend application development.
- At least 2 to 3 years of experience in a leadership role managing developers across various technical levels.
- A strong commitment to software design, testing, documentation, and open communication.
- Fluency in both English and French.
