What you'll be doing
- You will provide professional and disciplinary leadership for our People Operations and People Experience teams, guiding specialists and project managers to ensure local operational success.
- You will oversee the entire employee lifecycle, managing administrative processes from onboarding to offboarding while driving the digitalization and optimization of our HR systems.
- You will translate global personnel data into actionable insights, creating reports and dashboards in MS Excel and PowerPoint to support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What you'll bring
- Several years of relevant professional experience in Human Resources Management, with a strong focus on People Operations or personal administration.
- Proven leadership experience in a comparable environment.
- A deep interest in People Analytics and a structured, process-oriented mindset.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint, along with practical experience using HR information systems like Personio.
- Excellent communication skills in both German and English.
- A collaborative spirit and a passion for understanding team dynamics.
