The opportunity

We are looking for a Team Lead Mobile App Developer to join our remote team. In this role, you will be the driving force behind the maintenance and evolution of our mobile application. You will manage a talented group of developers, helping us tackle technical debt and prioritize our product backlog to ensure our users have a seamless experience. This is a full-time position that allows you to work remotely from Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin.

A day in the life

• You will lead and mentor a team of developers, overseeing code reviews to maintain high quality and fostering a collaborative environment.
• You will design, develop, and refine our mobile application using React and Expo while partnering with our design team to create intuitive interfaces.
• You will manage the development backlog in collaboration with product management and proactively address technical debt to keep our performance at its peak.

Who you are

You are a seasoned professional with a passion for building high-quality mobile experiences. You bring at least 6 years of experience in mobile development, with a specific focus on React and Expo. You have a proven track record of leading teams and managing complex projects through agile methodologies. You are comfortable working with RESTful APIs and version control systems, and you possess a strong ability to troubleshoot issues and document processes effectively. A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field is required, and we would love to see experience with e-commerce or coupon-based applications on your resume.
