At Localyze, we are on a mission to remove the borders that restrict talent and opportunity. Since our founding in 2018 by three visionary women, we have built a centralized platform that simplifies global mobility, allowing companies to hire from anywhere and individuals to choose where they live. We are looking for a Team Lead for our German Customer Experience team to join us on a full-time, remote basis. You will lead a dedicated group of professionals, ensuring our support remains top-tier while helping us redefine how the world works.
Responsibilities
- Take full ownership of your team's performance metrics, including CSAT scores and efficiency, while actively managing benchmarks to ensure we consistently exceed our goals.
- Mentor and coach your team members through regular feedback sessions, fostering their professional growth and ensuring optimal resource allocation to meet business demands.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments like Sales and Customer Success to align our support strategy with broader company objectives and proactively improve our operational processes.
Requirements
- Over 2 years of experience in a leadership role within a tech or B2B customer experience environment.
- A data-driven mindset with strong proficiency in workforce planning, tooling, and resource management.
- Fluency in both German and English, combined with the ability to lead with empathy and maintain a positive, high-performing team culture.
- A proven ability to navigate high-pressure situations and solve problems creatively, ideally gained within a fast-paced startup setting.
- Previous experience in HR tech or global mobility is considered a significant asset.
