What is this role?
We are hiring for a Team Lead Frontend position. This is a full-time, on-site role designed for an experienced developer with at least four years of professional background. We are looking for someone who is eager to balance hands-on technical work with leadership responsibilities, helping our team maintain high standards while advancing their own career in a mentorship-focused environment.
What will you do?
- You will coordinate daily team activities and provide essential technical support to your fellow developers to ensure projects move forward smoothly.
- You will take ownership of our code quality by conducting thorough code reviews and establishing best practices across the frontend codebase.
- You will play a key role in our development cycle by participating in sprint planning, providing accurate estimations, and contributing to high-level technical decision making.
