What you bring

In this full-time leadership role, you will oversee a talented group of integration consultants while managing relationships with our most important clients across the EMEA and APAC regions. You will work in a fully remote environment, collaborating with stakeholders across various time zones to ensure our technical solutions meet the evolving needs of our partners. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the primary point of contact for internal escalations and queries within your assigned regions.
• Mentoring your team members to foster their professional growth and maintain a high standard of technical excellence.
• Driving the health and expansion of customer integrations by providing expert guidance and proactive problem-solving.

Requirements

We are looking for a candidate who combines deep technical knowledge with a passion for people management. You should be highly proficient in API integrations and possess a strong background in customer support and customer experience.
