About the Role
We are searching for a Team Lead for Client Solutions Engineering to join us on a full-time basis. In this role, you will guide a team responsible for building custom, client-specific features on top of our SaaS platform. You will work closely with our Enterprise Services, Client Success, and Product teams to deliver high-quality results for our largest clients, while also partnering with our Director of Engineering to mentor and empower a team of up to 8 engineers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of tailored solutions for our clients by planning projects, estimating timelines, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Provide hands-on technical support to your team, focusing on database maintenance, automation scripts, and exploratory data analysis.
- Collaborate with our product teams to suggest new platform features and define the requirements needed to bring them to life.
Requirements
To be successful in this position, you should bring the following qualifications and experience:
- Over 8 years of experience in the IT industry, including at least 2 years in a team lead capacity for fixed-budget projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python, database management, query optimization, and indexing.
- Deep understanding of Agile and Lean methodologies, software architecture, and project planning.
- Proven ability to manage people, including mentoring, performance reviews, and professional development.
- Fluency in English and experience in a customer-facing role.
Location
This position is based in Romania and operates in a hybrid work environment.
