Talent/Recruiting Specialist at Dng

We are currently looking for a Talent/Recruiting Specialist to join us in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Los Angeles, California. In this role, you will help us foster an inclusive and caring environment while leading our efforts to find exceptional talent for our non-creative departments, including account management, strategy, and production.

Responsibilities

• Take charge of our monthly cultural programming and assist in the planning of all company-wide events.
• Manage the recruitment process for entry-level positions across various departments while partnering with our Executive Director of Talent & Culture to shape the new hire experience.
• Lead our Braveheart Summer Internship program and support the management of our Employee Resource Groups.

Requirements

• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in human resources or talent acquisition, ideally within an advertising, media, or entertainment agency.
• You possess a strong sense of urgency, a proactive mindset, and the ability to lead initiatives effectively.
• You are a collaborative partner who excels at working with hiring managers to identify top-tier talent.
• You have a proven track record of planning and executing social, cultural, or philanthropic events for a creative organization.
• You demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and strong written and verbal communication abilities.
