What you bring

We are looking for a Junior Talent Sourcer to join us on a full-time, remote basis from anywhere in the world. In this role, you will be the engine behind our recruitment efforts, using your expertise in Talent Acquisition and iGaming to identify top-tier professionals. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Utilizing advanced sourcing tools, LinkedIn, and Google search techniques to build a robust pipeline of passive candidates.
• Managing candidate outreach through targeted email campaigns and maintaining accurate records within our ATS.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand specific talent needs and presenting data-driven reports to track your sourcing effectiveness.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have at least one year of experience in talent acquisition or sourcing. You must possess a strong research mindset, including proficiency in X-ray searching, GitHub, and Stack Overflow. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with Excel for reporting and data analysis. You should be confident in your ability to manage multi-channel outreach and possess the soft skills necessary to collaborate effectively with recruiters and hiring managers. A B2 level of English is required, and you should demonstrate a proactive approach to solving complex sourcing challenges.
