Harness is a high-growth organization dedicated to transforming the software delivery landscape. We empower millions of developers worldwide to ship code more securely, efficiently, and reliably through our comprehensive platform that covers everything from CI/CD to cloud cost management and chaos engineering. Led by industry veteran Jyoti Bansal and backed by significant venture financing from top-tier firms, we are looking for a dedicated Talent Sourcer to help us scale our R&D teams from our office in India.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to define R&D hiring requirements and craft targeted sourcing strategies.
- Identify and engage top-tier passive talent using Boolean search, social media, and professional networking platforms.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles.
- Conduct initial screenings to evaluate candidate alignment with our technical and cultural needs.
- Provide a high-touch, positive experience for every candidate through timely communication.
- Keep our applicant tracking system updated with accurate candidate data.
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor insights to refine our sourcing methodology.
- Collaborate with the broader Talent Acquisition team to enhance our overall recruitment processes.
Must-haves
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- 2 to 4 years of professional experience in talent sourcing, specifically within R&D or technical domains.
- Proven success in identifying and engaging passive candidates.
- Strong technical proficiency with sourcing tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and applicant tracking systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English.
