Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced R&D Talent Sourcer to join our dynamic Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience in sourcing top talent, with a strong focus on Research and Development (R&D) roles. You will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top-tier candidates to support our company’s growth and innovation goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with hiring managers and recruiters to understand R&D hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including Boolean searches, social media, professional networks, and industry-specific platforms, to identify potential candidates.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future R&D roles.
- Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess fit for open positions.
- Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and relationship-building.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Provide a positive candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor insights, and best practices in talent sourcing.
- Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to continuously improve sourcing processes and strategies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in talent sourcing, with a focus on R&D roles.
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and engaging passive candidates.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other social media platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using ATS and other recruitment software.
Work Location
The successful candidate will be expected to be in Harness' Bangalore office 3x / week.
