Our success is built on a pragmatic, customer-centric approach, and we are looking for an ambitious Talent Sourcer to join our team in Thailand. What you'll be doing
- Identify and engage top-tier talent for our Asia-Pacific team, with a specific focus on technical roles like Engineering and Product to fuel our continued growth.
- Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies that effectively reach the candidates we need.
- Conduct thorough market research to understand target industries and companies, ensuring we meet our ambitious hiring goals.
What you'll bring
To be successful in this role, you should have a strong foundation in talent acquisition and a passion for building high-performing teams. We are looking for the following qualifications:
- At least one year of experience in talent sourcing or research, ideally within a fast-paced tech environment.
- Proven ability to source candidates using LinkedIn and other creative outreach methods.
- Strong organizational skills and a structured approach to your daily tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, such as Lever, is considered a significant advantage.
