- Coordinate talent bookings, negotiations, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
- Manage talent schedules, ensuring all logistical details are organized and executed smoothly.
- Provide guidance and support to talent, addressing any questions or concerns they may have throughout the collaboration process.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging talent, proactively seeking out new opportunities for partnership.

Qualifications
- Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
- English Resume is required
- Proven experience in talent management, talent relations, or a similar role within the entertainment industry.
- Strong network of connections within the industry, with a demonstrated ability to identify and recruit talent.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
