We are looking for a mid-level Talent Relations Specialist to join our team on a full-time, remote basis within the United States. This is an exciting chance to work from anywhere while helping us connect with top-tier creative professionals.
Your impact
- You will scout and recruit high-quality talent to collaborate with our brand.
- You will serve as the main point of contact for our partners, building strong relationships and providing ongoing support.
- You will manage the end-to-end logistics for talent, including handling contract negotiations, booking details, and scheduling.
What you'll need
To be successful in this role, you should be a proactive communicator with a deep understanding of the entertainment industry. We are looking for someone who brings the following to the table:
- A strong command of the English language at a B2 or C1 level, along with an English resume.
- Demonstrated experience in talent management or a similar field within the entertainment sector.
- An existing network of industry connections and a sharp eye for identifying emerging talent.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and other standard professional software.
- The ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
