Summary:
We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Talent Relations Specialist to join our team. The Talent Relations Specialist will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with talent, including artists, performers, influencers, and other creative professionals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the entertainment industry, excellent communication skills, and a knack for networking.
Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and recruit talented individuals to collaborate with [company name].
  • Cultivate and maintain relationships with talent, acting as the primary point of contact for communication and support.
  • Coordinate talent bookings, negotiations, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Manage talent schedules, ensuring all logistical details are organized and executed smoothly.
  • Provide guidance and support to talent, addressing any questions or concerns they may have throughout the collaboration process.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging talent, proactively seeking out new opportunities for partnership.
  • Collaborate with marketing and PR teams to promote talent partnerships

Qualifications
  • Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is required
  • English Resume is required
  • Proven experience in talent management, talent relations, or a similar role within the entertainment industry.
  • Strong network of connections within the industry, with a demonstrated ability to identify and recruit talent.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to build rapport and maintain relationships.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
