The role
We are looking for a Culture and Recruiting Specialist to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in Los Angeles, California. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone who is eager to shape our internal community while helping us grow our talented team. You will play a vital role in maintaining an inclusive and supportive workplace while sourcing top-tier talent for our non-creative departments, including account management, strategy, production, digital, and project management.
Core responsibilities
- Lead our community-building initiatives by managing monthly cultural programming and assisting with the planning of company-wide events.
- Manage the recruitment process for entry-level positions across various departments and partner with our leadership team to enhance the onboarding experience for new hires.
- Support the growth of our Employee Resource Groups and lead our Braveheart Summer Internship program to foster the next generation of talent.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- Between 1 and 3 years of professional experience in human resources or talent acquisition, ideally within an advertising, media, or entertainment agency.
- A proactive mindset with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to lead projects independently.
- Proven experience in organizing and executing social, cultural, or philanthropic events.
- Exceptional attention to detail and strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- A collaborative spirit and a genuine drive to partner with hiring managers to secure the best talent for our agency.
Compensation and benefits
The base salary for this position ranges from $67,000 to $70,000 USD. In addition to your salary, you will enjoy the flexibility of our hybrid work model.
