At In The Pocket, we are a rapidly expanding digital product studio dedicated to finding the best people for our challenging projects. We are currently looking for a Senior Talent Recruiter to join our team and help us shape the future of our recruitment strategy.

Responsibilities

Drive our overall recruitment strategy by analyzing data to improve efficiency and collaborating with hiring managers.
Proactively source and network to build strong talent pools, while keeping our candidate database organized and up to date.
Manage the full candidate journey from initial outreach to the final offer, ensuring a memorable and engaging experience.
Represent our company culture and values to potential candidates throughout the entire hiring process.
Partner with the marketing team to develop creative employer branding campaigns and execute our hiring initiatives.
Organize and attend various career events to boost our visibility and attract top-tier talent.

Must-haves

A proven track record in recruitment, ideally with experience in product or engineering roles.
Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in an international environment.
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage complex tasks with sound judgment.
A strategic mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous process improvement.
Availability to work in a hybrid capacity from our offices in Romania, Portugal, the Netherlands, or Belgium.
Fluency in English.
