Position Description
As a champion of Rocketship's mission, culture and values, the Talent Partner is responsible for advocating and reinforcing Rocketship’s Talent strategy and advancing our culture of diversity, equity and inclusion to both our employees and students. This role supports school and operational leaders, and the Director, Talent, in executing Rocketship’s talent priorities, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, culture initiatives and change management efforts towards advancing student and employee success.
The Talent Partner, Credentialing and Compliance, is responsible for the management related to teacher credentialing and human resources compliance. Employees holding this position will be required to perform any other job-related duties as requested by management.
This is a contractor position with the expectation to work up to 40 hours. The pay starts at $32/hr.

Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is moderate to high.
Compensation:
Commensurate with qualifications and experience, plus excellent health and wellness benefits, 403b retirement plan, flexible spending account (FSA), and generous paid time off.
