We are a unique blend of a space company and a data company, and we are looking for passionate individuals to help us change how the world is seen. If you are ready to join a mission-driven team that values community and growth, we would love to meet you.
What you bring
As a Talent Operations Coordinator, you will serve as a key support pillar for our Talent Operations team. This mid-level, hybrid contract role is based in San Francisco, CA, and requires you to be in the office two to three days per week depending on interview volume. You will balance traditional recruitment coordination with operational projects to improve our hiring efficiency. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Managing the scheduling and coordination of multi-stage interviews, including phone, video, and in-person sessions.
- Facilitating candidate travel and providing a welcoming, professional experience for those visiting our office.
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to optimize our recruiting tools and systems.
Requirements
We are looking for someone who excels at multitasking and has a genuine interest in the operational side of recruitment. You should have at least two years of experience in recruitment coordination, including specific familiarity with GoodTime and Greenhouse. Proficiency in Slack and the Google Suite is essential for your daily tasks. We value candidates who possess strong organizational skills, high attention to detail, and a customer-service mindset. You should be comfortable working within a global team and have experience scheduling both remote and physical on-site interviews. A background in supporting intern programs or developing training initiatives will certainly help you stand out.
What we offer
We provide a competitive salary range of 81,000 USD to 100,000 USD for this position. Beyond compensation, we are committed to supporting your well-being and professional development through a variety of benefits:
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance.
- Equity compensation.
- Flexible work arrangements, including remote and hybrid options.
- A dedicated home office budget.
- Commuter benefits for those working from our offices.
- Tuition reimbursement to support your ongoing learning.
How to Apply
If you are excited about our mission and want to contribute to a team that prioritizes belonging and growth, we encourage you to apply. Even if you do not meet every single qualification listed, we invite you to reach out, as we value well-rounded individuals who are motivated by our humanitarian goals. Please submit your application to be considered for this opportunity to help us shape the future of our talent operations.
