The role
We are seeking two Talent Coordinators to join our team on a six-month contract basis. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone looking to launch their career in the recruitment space. You will work in a fully remote capacity, supporting either our Technology or Commercial recruiting teams. Your primary focus will be on managing interview logistics and maintaining our internal systems to keep our hiring processes running smoothly.
Core responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate assessments, and ensuring a seamless experience for all applicants.
- Collaborate with Talent Partners to manage interview panels, collect feedback, and facilitate communication between stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records within our applicant tracking system, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports to help us refine our hiring processes.
Skills and experience
To succeed in this role, you should be detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. We are looking for candidates who possess the following:
- Prior experience in a Talent Coordination, Executive Assistance, or HR support role.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems, Google Calendar, and other standard recruitment tools.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- A high level of accuracy in data entry and documentation management, combined with the ability to handle sensitive information with complete confidentiality.
- Fluency in English.
