About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Business Partner to join us on a 6-month contract basis. This role is essential for supporting our high-volume hiring needs throughout the first half of 2025. You will act as a strategic partner to our hiring managers, managing the full-cycle recruitment process to identify and attract top-tier talent across various departments while ensuring every candidate has a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, from the initial job posting to the final offer acceptance.
- Proactively source and engage high-caliber candidates through direct outreach, referrals, and existing applicant pools.
- Utilize data from our Applicant Tracking System to identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and implement creative solutions to improve overall efficiency.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of professional experience in talent acquisition, preferably within a high-growth organization.
- Strong proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, allowing you to collaborate effectively with hiring managers and engage potential candidates.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret recruitment metrics to inform your decision-making.
- A proactive, organized, and empathetic approach to managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Location
This position is remote and is open to candidates located anywhere in Canada.
