What is this role?
We are seeking a Talent Analyst to join our team in a full-time, hybrid capacity based in San Francisco. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone looking to grow their career within a fast-paced private equity environment. You will report directly to our Talent Associate of Executive Recruiting and play a vital role in shaping the future of our portfolio companies by identifying and securing world-class leadership talent.
What will you do?
- Build and manage high-quality candidate pipelines through proactive outreach and engagement strategies.
- Lead the full lifecycle recruiting process for specific roles while conducting preliminary phone screens to ensure a top-tier candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate talent reporting and data integrity using our ATS and Excel to support our hiring goals.
What makes you a great fit?
We are looking for someone with 1 to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, ideally within an agency or executive recruiting setting. You should be a lifelong learner with a bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience. Beyond your resume, we value the following qualities:
