What is this role?
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us in a full-time, remote capacity. This is a junior-level position perfect for someone with at least one year of experience who is eager to make a meaningful impact on our recruitment strategy. You will be based anywhere, working independently while collaborating with our global team to identify and attract top-tier talent.
What will you do?
- Drive our sourcing efforts by identifying and engaging passive candidates from the consulting industry using creative search techniques and specialized tools.
- Take ownership of our campus recruitment initiatives, which includes coordinating events, managing materials, preparing volunteers, and reporting on pipeline metrics.
- Provide comprehensive support for the full-cycle recruiting process, from screening and scheduling to managing candidate communication and extending offers.

- At least 1 year of experience in full lifecycle recruiting and project management.
- Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and experience navigating ATS platforms for data maintenance and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- A self-motivated mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
