About the Role
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team in a full-time capacity. This mid-level position focuses on managing the full-cycle recruiting process, from initial sourcing to final selection. You will play a vital role in shaping our workforce by building strong relationships with both hiring managers and prospective candidates to ensure we continue to bring top talent into our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, which includes sourcing resumes, conducting phone screens, coordinating interviews, and maintaining accurate data on all candidates.
- Partner closely with company leadership to identify specific hiring needs and provide expert guidance on talent planning and recruitment strategy.
- Collaborate with interview teams to define clear job requirements and ensure all candidates are evaluated against consistent, objective criteria.
Requirements
- A minimum of three years of professional experience in full-cycle recruiting is required.
- A Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred.
- Previous experience recruiting within the manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills, paired with strong active listening abilities.
- A demonstrated capacity for leadership, creativity, and independent problem-solving.
- A commitment to integrity, thoroughness, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing environment.
Location
This position is based on-site at our plant in Walker, MI. The standard schedule for this role is 1st shift, Monday through Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
