What you bring
As a Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist working in a full-time, hybrid capacity across Canada and the United States, you will be a vital member of our four-person recruitment team. You will serve as our internal expert on sourcing strategies while managing the end-to-end hiring process for a variety of technical and professional roles. Your primary responsibilities include:
- Attracting and hiring approximately 40 specialized professionals annually across our North American markets.
- Managing the full recruitment cycle for diverse positions in engineering, construction, sales, IT, and marketing.
- Building and nurturing long-term relationships with passive candidates to ensure a robust pipeline of talent for our growing organization.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate who brings at least five years of experience in highly competitive recruitment markets, specifically with a strong background in proactive sourcing. You must be fully bilingual in French and English to effectively communicate with our teams and candidates across borders. The ideal person for this role is highly organized, creative, and possesses a natural sense of urgency to act on key opportunities. You should have a proven ability to build strong professional relationships and demonstrate a genuine passion for innovation in talent acquisition. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and experience using an ATS are essential for success in this position.
